Winlink Gateways

SARC operates two VARA-capable Winlink gateways, both of which were designed, built and maintained by our repeater manager, Horace Bong, VA7XHB.  Winlink gateways are valued worldwide by emergency preparedness teams for providing reliable radio-to-email communication when internet or phone networks fail. They enable essential messaging and coordination, making them critical tools for resilience and public service.
