Joining SARC means becoming part of a vibrant, skilled, and welcoming community of radio enthusiasts who are passionate about emergency preparedness and responsiveness, community service, learning, and innovation. Whether you're new to amateur radio or a seasoned operator, you'll find opportunities to grow your skills through hands-on workshops, technical presentations, on-air nets, and real-world projects. You'll have access to high-end equipment, mentors, and a network of repeaters and facilities built to professional standards. More than just a hobby group, SARC is a place to connect, contribute, and be part of something meaningful—whether you're chasing DX, building antennas, or supporting your community in an emergency.

SARC is affiliated with RAC (Radio Amateurs of Canada) and is covered under RAC’s insurance policy for liability claims arising from normal club activities. All SARC members (whether RAC members or not) are insured during club events. If you are a member of both SARC and RAC, you’re additionally insured for personal radio activities, such as accidents involving your own equipment (e.g., a tower falling on a house).

2. Make your payment by sending an Interac Email payment to payments@ve7sar.net.  See below for our membership rates. If you can't pay by Interac Email, please use one of the PayPal links below.  We try to minimize PayPal use as their processing fees are much higher.
