SARC Meshtastic
Experimental Mesh Networking for Field Testing and Learning.
Experimental Mesh Networking for Field Testing and Learning.
The Surrey Amateur Radio Communications Society (SARC) has a Meshtastic group for experimenting with low-power, off-grid mesh networking. Our goal is to evaluate the viability of Meshtastic for emergency and field use.
While our testing has produced spotty and unreliable results so far, we continue to experiment with various configurations and encourage others to join. Expanding the number of nodes is critical to improving mesh density and performance. Please contact meshtastic@ve7sar.net for more information.
